D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar found in foods such as cranberries, which may help maintain a healthy bladder lining.† When taken orally, D-mannose is minimally metabolized and rapidly excreted in urine, so it does not tend to affect healthy blood sugar regulation.† D-mannose appears to help maintain normal genitourinary function by binding to flora and and promoting the health of the mucosal lining of the urinary tract.†
¼, ½ or 1 teaspoon, 1 -3 times daily, dissolved in water in between or with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
